1. Scope
This policy applies when you visit LinkShieldAI websites, use the Discord bot, call the API, use developer tools, install or test LinkShieldAI software, access documentation, or otherwise interact with LinkShieldAI services.

- Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, message IDs, role/configuration data, allowlists, blocklists, and moderation/action logs when needed for bot functionality.
- Basic usage statistics, error logs, and operational diagnostics.
API, developer portal, and SDK data
- Submitted URLs, domains, redirect information, threat verdicts, request timestamps, API keys, account identifiers, usage counts, and rate-limit events.
- Billing status and subscription metadata if you use a paid plan.
- Technical data such as IP address, user agent, error logs, and security events when needed to operate, secure, or troubleshoot the service.
Website and documentation data
- Basic analytics or server logs, such as pages visited, approximate device/browser information, referral data, and error diagnostics.
- Information you submit through contact, support, or developer portal forms.
3. How We Use Information
- To scan links and return phishing, malware, reputation, or safety verdicts.
- To provide Discord moderation features, alerts, configuration, allowlists, blocklists, and reports.
- To operate the developer portal, authenticate API requests, enforce rate limits, and prevent abuse.
- To improve detection quality, reliability, documentation, and user experience.
- To investigate security incidents, spam, misuse, chargebacks, or violations of our Terms of Service.

- Server admins can remove the Discord bot from a server or adjust bot configuration where available.

- You may contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or review of account-related data, subject to security, legal, and operational limits.
8. Children's Privacy
LinkShieldAI is not intended to collect personal information from children. Discord users must comply with Discord's age requirements. If you believe a child provided personal information directly to LinkShieldAI, contact us so we can review the request.
