2. General Refund Policy
To keep billing simple, LinkShieldAI generally follows a no-refunds policy for active API usage and subscription periods, with common-sense exceptions listed below.
- Monthly plans: Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

- Accidental renewal: You contact support within 48 hours of renewal and the account has not materially used the paid service after renewal.
