LinkShieldAI only collects information needed to provide security checks, operate the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
- Discord usage may involve reading messages that contain links, plus server IDs, user IDs, channel IDs, and moderation/action logs when needed for functionality.
- API and developer tools may process submitted URLs, API keys, account identifiers, usage statistics, billing status, request logs, and technical diagnostics.
- We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be shared with service providers, infrastructure, billing, abuse-prevention, or legal/compliance parties when required to run the service.

Terms of Service

- You may not resell, sublicense, copy, or build commercial services around LinkShieldAI without written authorization from LinkShieldAI.
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Security verdicts can help reduce risk, but no anti-phishing system can guarantee perfect detection.
- Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, excessive load, non-payment, chargebacks, security risk, or violation of these terms.
- You agree to hold LinkShieldAI harmless from claims arising from misuse, integrations, policy violations, or reliance on scan results.
Refund & Cancellation
API and paid-service billing is designed to be transparent while keeping the service sustainable.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through dashboard settings or support. Access normally remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Monthly and active billing periods are generally non-refundable, and unused API calls or credits are not prorated or rolled over.
- Annual plans may be considered for refund within 7 days of purchase or renewal if usage stayed within free-tier limits.
- Fairness exceptions may apply for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or prolonged service outages caused by LinkShieldAI.
- Refund requests should include the account email and reason. Reviews are generally handled within 3-5 business days.
